Guys I think its kinda frightening to be messing with her at this stage. I am biased cos I mostly played her in IV and I manage alright with what limited stuff she has in it. But seeing the vids there is a lot goin on already, lotsa good additions and possible mix up stuff. An amazing Critical Edge.

Do we really want her to end up a messy toy box? I'm personally happy with the additions so far. Tira's point is that she is not linear, her learning curve is erratic and bumpy, much like her personality. Accessible? no thanks.

By comparison Ivy is in the foetal position with her newly raped up move list. Woman sold out to the man, sure she was top tier and all but now I don't know how to place her. Is there gonna be anything to learn or will she just be mash > result.

She may be good, but I think adding more to her could only make her better.. She desperately needs help. Even at this stage, it seems she has to heavily rely on gauge to do anything good.

Thank you! This articulated fairly well what I've been trying to say for a while now

I get wanting to give the character options, just want to make sure that she's still Tira at the end of the process.

My favourite part of her gameplay is pushing her insecurities. Sure its far too easy to be unsafe with her. But experience is supposed to teach us opportunities and how to ply them from turtling brick walls of defence.

Her bloated arrogant in its flaws gameplay is what I find attractive.

The main point I suppose that Ill make is that we have had only two very differing versions of this character which some will say is more than many characters have gotten development wise.

We won't know what we've got till we get it, so how do we know what we want to change?

They are aware of her issues. (I hope)

When I was playing with Tira in SC3, I was losing all matches against Raph, Zasa and Sieg. When learned there are some stances for Tira too, I started to win 3 matches in a row.

Now again, my big bro is much more experianced with Raphael, I can't do anything to him with SC4 Tira. He just know all posibiites that Tira can do. I want those stances back, if you don't like them, don't use them.

Guys, if we really want these stances back, we have to do something before it's too late.

Edit : I don't mean to complain about her, she definetly looks better than SC4 Tira.

I think the reason we are not doing anything is that the last gameplays of Tira was awesome and she was able to kick Raphael's ass in pretty good way.

But the problem is, I want more options, for both stances. I still play SC4 Tira, im not a pro, but I know a couple of tricks, but it's just it, for example, when I play against Raphael, his prep stance is awesome and unpredictible, but for Tira, my bro can get adapted pretty fast to what Tira can do ( ofcourse like i said, im probably not as goos as you guys).

No matter what, I'm really jelious of the characters with tons of moves and combos, stances, mixups, tech traps and etc. Tira needs those spinning stances, even if not exactly the same ones but new ones maybe.

I used her a fair amount yesterday. As a Tira player since SCIII I honestly think she is at her best in V, She doesn't need any new stances ( or returning ones ) imo.

Yea like I said, I think maybe, but just maybe you might be right :D She actually is looking powerful in SCV, but we can't judge her without actually playing with her.

if you and the others want to do something then we can,but what can we do apart from tweeting to daishi?
i can re-send this again i guess

i know what you mean about tira having more options,i personally think with her lack of safe moves and not using some others for whatever reasons, the moves you end up left with are a small amount, and i dont think tira should be like that, she was so much better in 3 and a lot less linear too,SCV tira looks real good but i defintly think she needs more options.
but i have noticed something before and it has been said, and its still aparrent about the new tira,
im seeing it with some other characters, but it still seems to me that SCV tira has to use her CE/BE's to do something good or good combos or they could just generally be overused too much for her and i dont like it in general, since it will make them frustrating and boring-just look at kayane using lexia,
that got so repetetive i know thats because she was learning but i believe thats how things could end up,it could decrease after people have learned things but could still be overused too much and it will give spammers and noobs just easy victorys.

and it seems to me that its like they are needlessly nerfing and removing some things because of the CE and BE's so they have reason to be used,im sure there are other reasons but some of the things they have done i have seen no reason to at all and it has made some of the moves now useless, tiras WR K and 6K for example propably 6K more

and they are simplify things that dont need to be and they seem to be making the characters worse in my opinion, not better-not for tira ofcourse

but for tira especially i dont want to see her having to use BE's to win all the time,to be honest if she fought like that,id rather see her be crippled again!

the sad thing is,if they have done what they have to done ivy,and took away mitsurugis relic, there is a very low chance id say of them adding them to there game.

Because oooh!mitsu has got 2 other stances-that is somehow confusing, when no one really thinks it is and they can use him fine,
so they remove it and ruin him just like they have pretty much ruined ivy-i could be wrong but im just saying my opinion,
people have said shes really strong but from all the videos she seems rather weak,

so i really doubt they will add them,i didnt want to say it and think like that but thats what it really looks like

I don't use Ivy but, when I heard Mitsurugi lost his relic (I call it Battoujutsu), I was shocked. Why did they do that? They intended to make him accessible or nerf him down?

But Tira is not a character who needs to be nerfed down. She is already (I don't know why the f... did they ever do that) very nerfed and pruned in SC4, I was going to cry when I couldn't perform my spin stances, when I first played SC4 Tira, and I'm very serious.

I was able to develop tactics of my own with those stances, both of them had fast K interupters. When I use them in first 3 times, my oppenent is gets nerveus when I use those stances, and they just try to block lows or do nothing and wait like they are stunned, than here comes the unblockable! BLAM! There were two unblockables in Hovering Lark.
If I remember correctly, you could cancel the unblockable and use K to interupt opponent.

..... But I guess you are right kerrod, these are just going to be "ah those old good days".

well im not saying give up on them coming back,we can always tweet to daishi even if chances are slim
one by one it wont really do much, but if quite an amount do then it can make a difference, quite a lot have mentioned things like ivy getting back SE or her SC2 spiral stances, mitsus relic and tiras spin stances returning
