The BONE Monthlies are back in full force. We will be celebrating this grand 10+ year old Soul Calibur tradition of ours with a host of old school players, a wave of new blood, and hype all around. Whether you're from Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or even our honorary brothers down in Jersey, you've got a home here.

$10.00 Entry Fee
$5.00 Venue Fee
Cash Pot is split 1st - 3rd place 70/20/10
Tournament will be on PS3 ONLY, as it is the community tournament standard.
Tourney Sign-ups start at 1:00 PM
Tourney starts at 2:00 PM
Newbie tourney starts when Top 8 begins for the Main tourney
Newbie tourney is same format. We will be taking $1 from each person's entrance fee and throwing it into the newbie pot. I trust that in the interest of improving our community, there will be no objections to this. If so... you greedy, greedy bastage.

Once one wins a Newbie tournament, however, they cannot enter it again. You're officially graduated from newb, lol.

Rules:
Standard Round Robin Bracket
Stages are Random Select
Best 3/5 Rounds
Best 2/3 Sets - 60 seconds etc.
Top 8 will be Best 3/5 Sets
All Create-a-Soul characters are BANNED. This includes standard character customization.
Dampierre is legal
Seeding is done by location/playgroup. Otherwise it is random.

This event will be streamed by Bibulus. Except possibly not. XD

Come on down if you're interested in playing or just spectating. Good times GUARANTEED. Mass migration to a local watering hole is not out of the question after tournament shenanigans are over. Looking forward to meeting/reuniting with you all!

To contact Game Underground, call: (508) 283-1503, Ask for Ryan (moi)

Bring your EVO Monitor and setup if you want your venue fee waved! Do let me know, though.

Oh good shit lookin out DS. <3 This responsibility was thrust upon me, so forgive the rush.

It looks like this is going to be the first tournament where I enter SoulCalibur (or any 3D game, for that matter)!

Ryan, what's the deal with the newbie tournament? Haha.

PS3 is the community standard, and we will adhere to that. Any major you go to will be on PS3 as well.

Bluenine, waiting on a decision for funding. What we previously thought would be the prize money now will not be, so I had to make a decision. Thinking of taking $1 from each person's contribution to the pot and putting it toward the Newbie tournament pot just for incentive. What do you guys think?

Sounds cool to me. What will qualify one to enter the newbie tournament?

Well, I was gonna wait for some more responses, but if this is agreed upon, you basically have to simply want to enter. You cannot have won any other Calibur tournaments in the past. If I deem you already a competent player, though, and I see you trying to enter, I'm going to call you a scrub forever. :D

Note: Once you win the Newbie Tournament, you will not be able to enter it again. No free money.
