We're sorting out the RBs for the UK now. Can you be the TO for Birmingham events? Or is it just not possible because of uni? There're already RBs in Manchester

I can easily do that. In fact it would be better - my father lives in Birmingham, so I get free accommodation and transport there. =)

Thanks man. I've played a few Fench online and they're already killing me. I know that anything I achieve in SCV will be tainted by the fact I worked on the guide. But I'll just go to try my best and to have fun.

U still repping Xiang.. er.. Lexia in this version of SC?

They buffed yoshi, ivy, and zwei. They nerfed Sieg (!?!?!?) and Viola. Yeah she was prob the most nerfed character.

At least she seems to be able to put more pressure on the opponent than SC4 Xianghua which I like. :)
Right now I guess WR B BE is the most overrated move even though it's (probably) very good.

No probably about it. It's one of the best moves in the game. However I watched the stream and her opponents did not deal with it at all well. It's like they think they should be able at attack her so they attack. I don't want Namco to do another knee jerk nerf like they did with Sieg

Me neither!!! I hope they realize that the Leixia player was Kayane and that she's very likely to be the most experienced SC5 player in the world right now... and of course that her opponents had a lot less opportunities to play.

Yup those French are getting special treatment from Hayato and the Namco Community guys!

There is no way Ivy is weak, it's just she doesn't have universal safe options for every range against every character any more. You have to work for your wins and take risks like everybody else.

There is a London SCV event this weekend so I will have more to say about Leixia and the others next week.

I feel like I'm about to go crazy. People on this forum still laugh at me for saying that Leixia isn't Hight Tier, but more a Lower Mid.
And people defending brainless patches because Namco "cares"... Wow, I like support, but not only for the sake of having a support.

Yep. It's sad. Basically Project Soul isn't in a great position, because they continue to patch stuff, players continue to whine, and the Namco/Tekken overseers shake their heads.

Leixia is really going to struggle to do anything in tournaments, and we all have our own view on what should change. But the problem is, you and I are the tiniest fraction of the overall player market.

I will PM you or this will go on forever.

I'm working through the costs, but approx. £500.00

I have no immediate plans for a tournament right now. However there is no reason why you could not organise one. I will always try to come to any tournament, and I will pester the other players to come as well.

If more UK players bug me to organise more meet ups or tournaments then I will do so, probably at the Trocadero in London. Unfortunately in the last few months, even the top players have lost the enthusiasm to organsie and/or come to these events.

I saw him yesterday actually, we had a small SC4 tournament, at SVB 2011. I think he'll be there again today so I'll tell him. I'll definitely see him next week anyway (more SC4)
