Well I think Sig depends more on player skill than strength of tools. He benefits from great reads, and player gained abilities, like staggering ones timing, and knowing the opponent. He is a vessel for player ability more than any other character, I think.

I've had the good fortune to play one of the best Sig's for 4 games now, Jian. When I lose to him, I'm losing to Jian, not to Sig. That's why I think Omega can do so well with him. It's all Omega, not Sig. The reason for this is he has an adequate-but-not-great tool for every situation, which in turn, when an opponent adapts to it, he has another tool to predict that adjustment.
