It's the most reliable one you can purchase that is already made. Yep, it's reliable. I've seen quite a few tourney streams and see nothing but these MadCatz SF4 TE sticks. You may think that because it has the MadCatz brand that it's shit, but they don't use their own parts for the TE. They use Sanwa joysticks and buttons, which are the prefered brand of japanese players, and now American. They are high quality. You'll like it.

Eh, Joysticks are kinda strange. The ones they've come out with lately are heavy garbage. Buttons stop working at random times. Messing up your inputs like crazy. I've got my MAS stick that I've had since 2000. Had it modded to work on the 360 and ps3 and it's been great. However, if you have to choose one of the joysticks are the market, and if you have the funds to fork out, I would suggest getting the SF4 Tournament Edition joystick.
