They certainly can, but it doesn't usually seem to work that way. Meanwhile, my ratio of throws given to received is probably somewhere around 1:20 against players who have no concept of spacing, evading, or frame trapping.

Because of Leixia's low damage she has to hit her opponent a lot to get a KO. I can see why scrubs would make up the spamming excuse.

I'm still not sure which move he could've been complaining about. Probably either 44B or 33_99 BB. I'm sure I used a much wider array of moves than his Patsuka did, though.

I'm on 360, unfortunately. There's one pretty good Viola player on my friends list who mixes things up a bit more, but yeah, I meant those I encounter in lobbies.

If you're on wireless, reset your router. After it's started back up, log onto it via its IP address place your 360 into the DMZ dealie. That should help a lot.

I am using a router but it's hard wired. I've already tried resetting the router once, but I'll see what else I can do with it. Chaos, your proposed solution simply is not realistic. :p

Sieg's not a bad pick really. He can keep him out somewhat and kind of keep up with him damage wise. Leixia actually isn't too bad against him but you have to be really really patient and control your space around you with her AA and BB.
