        I think it's when it is late into the animation, around when his knees start to buckle. From my experience, the window is near the end.
        I feel when you do the maximum number of spins, your chance of healing is higher (if you mash it all), but there probably is a better explanation.

        Special mids can be blocked high. Special lows can't. I think.

        They act like normal mids or lows, except for being blockable standing or crouching. The difference between special mids and special lows is that special lows can be jumped.

        Ah, you'd be lucky to bait it at a long enough range.
        A tip though... A character of mine that is just slightly taller than Astaroth seems to causes whiffing quite easily.
        This could be due to the Astaroth style itself, the height, lots of things... but there you go.

        It's ok blue. I left the link of the website I found of translations made for a mini comics series for SCIV that came before it' s release though. I can only hope they release translations on sites where they do manga series =/ and bring in the comics for soul calibur to be read. Til then, I guess we wait.

        Who doesn't? You have your 100% level that you hit at your peak. That wont happen all too often though, so why stress yourself?

        Just play to have fun, man :D If you ask yourself "Am I having fun?" and the answer is no, then stop playing for a bit.

        If the question is "Am I playing at my absolute best?" Then the answer is irrelevant compared to the first question.
