        When people get butchered by Viola it's mostly because they don't know the matchu. When someone knows how to play against her, it's much tougher.

      Yesterday we had the national tournament (I didn't play in this one) and the winner was a Viola player, with a style pretty much the same as Kayane. I'll send you the youtube link once I upload it.

      Hey Ring, how's it been? I have a couple of questions...

      Recently, I have been able to achieve Normal Hit 3B ~ 6B8 is this a glitch?
      Also, I have sometimes been getting a buffered iCS. Does the frame allowance on iCS start before the move you are buffering from ends or after?

      Plus, do you think I've done alright with Viola's Soul Arena? (I'll finish the wiki later - it takes so long O.o).

        That combo isn't a glitch, it's character and angle specific. As for iCS, you can buffer 2828466 during any move, but you must do 6B+G after the animation ends or else you will get a normal CS. I honestly can't say about Viola SA, I don't go there very often. I've been learning her on my own ;)

        I already tried to convince Utoh to nerf Alpha, but he said that JF twister is the most difficult jf in the game and no one can do it better than 70% in combos so they won't nerf it.

        I did my best. And yet his answer was "if someone can rape every one using Alpha and can do all his half life combos it's just his talent" lol. And thus they will focus on nerfing easier charactes, like "mr Spammable and ridiculously overpowered 3B".

        Ah, I'm experimenting with different characters. I can't stand Ivy in this game, she bores me. The only thing that makes me wanna go back to her is iCS but I'm already getting it in 70-80% of time. I love this character, but I hate her at the same time ._. maybe it's not Ivy tho, all characters seem pretty shallow and easy to learn.

        Viola has some depth but she is ridiculous after the patch, you can win if you guess right two times. Who is most fun to play in your opinion? I tried many characters and I think I have most fun with Siegfried ;)

        I love Tira!!! And though she's limited, I do actually quite enjoy playing Leixia I have to admit. Nightmare was fun but I think I need to learn more about him, Sieg too. Natsu was braindead but I am interested in seeing how to adpat when I play someone who can punish her completely (like Maxou)

        Unfortunately, I don't think it will be possible=/ this year I think I will only be able to go to Germany for the EBO tournament (it's only 10km away from Polish border, so pretty close and cheap) I know a few polish players will go for the Tekken tournament, though.

        Yea, it's like +11 or something now (upped from neutral on hit). The move got buffed a lot but it's still really bad, it's like the easiest move to JG in the game so also death on block..

        That's why 6[A]/66A > 3[A]/66[A]. She only has decent high step killers, all mid ones are either stepable or slow and heavily punishable, which is sad.

      hey, i hope you heard about the ivy 1.03 changes, and i was wondering if you could asnwer this question i have. they said all characters have a new ce or something like that, which was 214a+b+k. soo what happen to the 236a+b+k? do they mean each character has two different CEs or they just changed the input from 236a+b+k to 214a+b+k?

        I like the Ivy changes but I hate the system changes. The backdash has been nerfed and you cannot block for 20 frames after you press 4. It's so annoying for me right now that I lost my motivation to play. I will need some time to adapt.

        I will add you after I eat! Sorry after the patch I got excited and forgot xD I need to make a room for Robin as well. I think she got a minor buff, but her CE seems too strong now, it's not reactable anymore and does 100dmg.

        yeah, its like astaroths CE. both are very strong now. but then again, i think the CE´s of those characters were way to easy to avoid by just looking at the leg animations. so now they at least serve a higher purpose even though it might be a bit on the stronger side :)
