nice. i kept cutting wind for quickly closing the distance on enemies. especially wolves. i changed meteor strike because it was a faster hit but not stronger than, let's say, tenfold arrows.

I use Comet for killing low level enemies without truly engaging them. I added Cutting Wind back to my thing but replaced Advanced Trigger with that crackle skill that interrupts nearly everything given the enemy is a normal size.

It depends on whom you are using it against. I wouldn't throw it out randomly against chars with good TC's like the sisters, leixia or even astaroth because of his bullrush.
Funny thing: Pyrrha has a little TC on her normal stepping that sometimes evades his highs. So the counter to a stepkiller is stepping? Yes makes totally sense
