I play Voldo and he does pretty well. It's not a specific counter pick, he's just a good character too that has the tools to deal his own big damage... and has long range. 22A poking is gold against so many characters (full tracking mid horizontal with super long range, that has built-in step...
I only ever used it against 1A spammers online (ie. slow tracking low that I can see easily), they wanna play dirty, I'd just throw them some infinite CE...
So after a combo or the B throw, you end up back turned with the opponent on the ground.
We have quite a few options that are pretty good:
BT A+B : anti guard impact, TC, guard break, mid, hits on the ground
BT 2 [ A+B ] : low, more mantis pressure, doesn't hit in the ground
BT 44_66 B [ B ]...
