        cool, i really do want to get in the august tournament, it looks like a lot of fun, and i really need some practice against good players. this works out though i guess, my connection will be wired starting next week :)

        Yeah, I'm gonna wire mine too. I just have to get into the stupid crawl space and run the wire to the other room. It's a pain, but it will be worth it I think.

When trying to discover the secrets behind calamity symphony, it was a man with the same ability as me, a program for inputs, that allowed players to learn the secrets and strict timing of iCS. CheatCalibur? Anyone who uses a hitbox is a cheater? There is nothing stated by namco that I can't use macros in their games, so therefore it is within the bounds.

        People who use hitboxes still have to input the commands with their own two hands. It's basically just a larger, more ergonomic pad controller. A controller that can use macros is basically a computer playing the game for you. (cont.)

        If you were a good programmer, you could take it to it's extreme conclusion and say, "Why have a controller at all. Let's just hook the console to my computer and run a program that reads opponents moves and always reacts with the appropriate counter." (cont.)

      HotX and I have been trying for the last hour to play our loser brackets match. The connection would always time out. Don't know what to do in this situation. We tried to reset our routers and that didn't work. We tried to get Fahros to host the room and that didn't work. what should we do? Going to try to get our match , but I'm not confident that we might get it off.
