Now this I disagree with, imho. Just because they couldn't do it now, because of time constraints, doesn't mean they can't do it the future titles, and doesn't mean they haven't done it before (Soul Blade, for instance). Why do you think characters like Talim, Zasalamel, and pretty much every other character who doesn't have an unknown origin,contrive with such diverse designs?

Actually, I think the roster was already finished as far back as the summer. We heard Elysium's voice in July (when she said "You want I will live forever, my dear--") so she was already planned, they said none of the character will play the same somewhere around that time, but that's most likely because they were going for mimic characters to 'take that role', and Ezio was already decided to be the guest around the time the game's first gameplay footage was available. Imo, I don't think Talim, Zas, Rock, etc,. weren't excluded because of time constraints; it's just because they're low-tiered enough that they wouldn't bother with them. What's rushed about the game is the single player mode; the roster might not have been. I don't think the game was rushed from the start; only after the fact it was clear that the game was going to face competition with other fighters (SFxT, Blazblue:CSE)

Then what about Tira, who was ass tier in SCIV, god tier in post-release SCV, and still pretty high up there after nerfs? I don't see any weight to the argument of characters being excluded because of how they were with tiers. if that was the case we probably wouldn't have Raphael or Aeon now

I'll admit I don't really have enough of an understanding of SCIV to comment about tiers, but I think it's not a good argument on why they excluded characters. Talim and Zasalamel still remain the biggest anomalies since there's no conceivable reason to just drop them from canon, there's no passing mention of them in anything SCV, and Zasalamel's SCIV model is still on the SCV disc. We could assume they didn't get to finish the character, the atomic tsunami may have caused them to lose data, Harada(or any bamco exec that Odashima would answer to) may have just come in and said "fuck you get rid of those guys", or...well, anything but their tiering would make more sense IMO.
 
So I know that Soul Edge and Soul Calibur are these very powerful swords but Ive been wondering...What is theyre actual power(s)?

and because of that there are now tons of PyrrhaxPatroklos doujinshis by incest lovahs~ and TiraxPyrrha doujinshis too...but I dont mind that one tooo much xD;;
