[Nebraska] Sometimes I Forget We Have Electricity

http://challonge.com/meltedsnowconejuly14sc5

1. mkl ($110) (Yoshi, Omega, Kilik, and Cervantes)
2. Foz ($40) (Astaroth and Cervantes)
3. Nick (Nightmare)
4. Pedro (Siegfried)
5. MystSilver (LX and Asta)
6. Pedro (Xiba)
7. Daniel (Yoshimitsu)

Not sure of the others.

Most of the tournament was comprised of 2D players trying their hand at the game. Nick and Pedro were pretty versed in their characters but just didn't have the in-depth punishment knowledge of their characters or others. That said, Foz was almost knocked out by Nick in their first set.

Dammit that grinds my gears that I didn't had a ride or the money otherwise my Raph would of went town on you kids. CE punishment all day every day.

I'll be gone by then to TX, but the Cedar Rapids crew that I used to travel to play with in SC1/2 days knows how to have a good time and run a good tourney. It's a relatively short drive and would probably be worth the trip.

I checked the directions and from my place it's at least a 4 1/2 hour drive. If we do go I may enter Tekken Tag 2 there but I need to know about the button mapping rule if it's banned or not.

I don't play Tekken, is there a reason they don't allow button mapping? Seems like it would make some stuff next to impossible on pad.

OH BY THE WAY

Tournament in Lincoln on the 4th at Heidelberg's for those who didn't already know. Kinda short notice but my new job has infinite flexibility so I'm goin'.

I work that day If I can find a ride down there then maybe. About the button maping question, that's what I'm trying to figure out myself through Xiang the TO of the Cedar Rapids tourney in October but apparently it's makes really hard stuff SUPER easy to do but I use it for 1+2, 2+3 and 1+4 moves so I wont have to awkwardly move my thumbs just to do those moves but I'm still looking into the matter. Also I need to play some KOF13 dammit.

Listen here son, I'm here to tell you that drive can be completed in 3 hours. Assuming there isn't a giant wreck on I80 that is.

Who drives the speed limit? Especially somewhere like Iowa where there isn't a goddamn thing to look at. Sounds like you guys need a chauffeur.

I'm always 5 over, but more than that and it starts feeling like I'm sticking out. Unless everyone is going 10 over then I'm ight with it.

mkl is free to speed limits.

EDIT: Fuck Brad Burns
