SoulCast #17: Siegfried

This episode we take a look at Siegfried, a fan favorite and a character many have been clamoring for. To make this episode ultra-dynamic, I brought on two guests: Heaton and Partisan. Heaton, in particular, had plenty to say, both good and bad.

If you're looking to step up your game and boost your character knowledge, you'll want to hear what these guys have to say. Their ability to easily springboard off each other's words will certainly entertain you.

Don't have time to listen to the entire podcast? No worries! Rather than recording feed for the entire length of the podcast, I did a short 10 minute video that quickly covers most of what we discussed. You'll still want to listen to the whole podcast at some point, of course, but if you only have a little bit of time right now and are just looking to get started with the character, check out the shorter video.

Don't do that. You now are playing a truly awesome character. Not some weak whiny long haired scrub of a character. aPat is pure entertainment. The only time Sieg was entertaining to watch was your match against NoFace. You dropped the zero now stick with the hero.

And as I've said Seattle is the gayest city in the world. It's only proper that character won.aPat was just too awesome to show his face in this wretched city.

Well, it's funny you say that, because I distinctly remember there was an α player there, but he ended up picking Mitsurugi and ate Algol 1A twenty times in a row instead of winning.

The manliness was too much for me. Never said I was anything better than a scrub. I couldn't put that manliness to good use. Even as trash as I am though Mitsu's manliness still got a match and made that pussy ass Siegfried sweat like a whore in church.

I'm sticking to Apat. Its not about the hero, but the pretty boyz. =D right greatone?

and to be honest siegfried players look scrubby on videos. you can only feel their power when you play them in person. Alpha pat on the other hand looks cool regardless.

I actually picked up siegfried because he was my most hated character and hated matchup in SC III and SC IV. they were among the toughest matchupsfor Xianghua who was the most gracefullest prettiest thing ever. I wanted to throw back the hate and somehow i got quite far with it.

Now I've found someone new.

If you play this podcast backwards you can actually hear Heaton praising Satan... and Partisan is praising this for some reason.

Sounds like a reason to dump a girlfriend, more than a reason to pick another character...

In other news I'm gonna participate in every possible tournament, and will finish every last round using Siegfried's 236B so I can be named the best Siegfried ever so people can forget Shen Yuan's infidelity forever...
