Lost Swords

I actually enjoy the game. It's pretty fun to grind and get equipment for my naked Sophitia. Although, like you said, the load times are still long. Hopefully that's just because it's JP Lost Swords.

One thing I noticed was that Pat's 236K launches now and his 236 has a sidestep I believe. Raph's BBBB is his normal BB and then his SCIV 6B and I'm not sure what the forth hit is.

Right now my go to Sophie combo is 66B 44K 44B+K 236236B.

Raph BBBB is just his SCV BBB with an extra poke between the 2nd and 3rd hit.

The Sophitia combo I'm churning out over and over and over and over and over and over is 4BK 6AA BBB 44B 4BK.
This is the most unbelievable tedium.

Awful.
No story mode at all?
The entire game is essentially a stripped down version of ascending Tower of Lost Souls, but with the move lists altered by a 7 year old boy.

My mistake. Lol I forgot Raph had a BBB and not BB.

I'll have to try that combo out. :P

It's probably not better, but they don't like to step it so you can just keep throwing it out until it hits.
Sometimes the 6AA misses, but you can just skip that in those cases and go straight to BBB.
...Oh, also, the 44B is techable... but that has occurred precisely once all day.

Hopefully this game can at least give us ideas on how the characters should be changed. Patroklos' 236 having a sidestep is pretty neat. Is there a training mode or do you have to practice on the fly?

No training mode.

Also, I haven't managed to unlock any characters or sen any way that that would be possible... So I figure you'll have to buy everyone other than Sophitia, Siegfried and err... ... ... ... ...Mitsurugi, that's the one.

Hey I would like to report an interesting finding. I saw a character that had sophy's style, BUT she was holding Cassandra's weapons. It was her shield for sure. And I saw Taki's style as well. It is impossible to ring out, and sophy's critical edge just seems to be done by doing A + B?
But my favorite combo with her is 4B K A+B 44k 236236 B

Cassandra's weapons are S&Ss so that's no surprise.
Taki was in the beta too.
Ring outs are indeed removed.
All CEs are A+B, and each character has 4, I believe, which are controlled by your weapon's element.

LOL WHAT. You guys are already playing?
I can't wait to try! Looks like a new mode of weapon master.

The only thing that I really can't stand is the loading times. And I wanted to change my character (I was playing sophy for a good chunk of time) but apparently what you do is you find keys that unlock them when battling other people. So the first character you choose is going to be your only one (with the exception of support characters) until you find keys. I found a siegfried key and unlocked him. I think what they are going to do is you pay for the keys that unlock the characters or you spend lots of time trying to find them yourself.

How do you find said keys? Are they just spread out on random levels or do you have to face the skeletons? Speaking of skeletons, I haven't bumped into any yet. Has anyone else?

Did you get a key from a random fight? Or was it a specific one? I've been playing for some hours and no keys here so far.

I got the key from a random fight, but the last character I fought was Siegfried himself. To unlock certain things you have to break armor.
