People are busy living those life things they have. Just be patient and do something else. Besides Ramus updated his thread not too long back and the the One-Shot thread is a bit slow but still running.
Weren't they busy B4 creating this thread?

Possibly, I don't know every single person personally, but as Onyyx pointed out, September typically means schools re-open, so people will be more busy now.
I'd love to know why you think it's a problem for the community, when literally nobody else has expressed concern right now?

You'll get it if/when someone decides to make it and not a moment before. I really recommend you start showing some respect to people. I've had enough people complaining to me about your attitude and frankly you're trying my patience. Start showing some respect and hey, maybe contribute something of your own for once? Try actually being involved in the community instead of just expecting favours from people.
In fact, and I'll add this to the first post, to everyone, if you're regularly requesting things and not showing proper gratitude or I have reason to believe you're abusing people's time and help, you WILL lose the right to post in this thread.
People have the right to work on their own things and live their own lives without being pestered by ungrateful stranger on the internet for favours and handouts.

For my birthday, I request Cai Wenji. I won't play Dynasty Warriors, but anyone able to recreate her without using DLC, will be my hero for a long time. You can also do one with DLC, but I like to challenge you guys. I'd also like a formula at your earliest convenience.

Dynasty Warriors characters are probably some of the most difficult characters to recreate in Soul Calibur lol. Their designs are so complex.
I attempted Cai Wenji myself once.
Barely even looked like her lol.

I'm okay with a toned down yet Soul Caliburized Cai Wenji. Some people sacrifice looking exactly like the intended character to add some of their own flair. That's what I'm looking for.
@Mage. I'm usually into Xing Cai whose like an Asian Hilde, but Cai Wenji modest looks sways me as well.
