    I know this him pretty well and I also play him myself. I do believe that he is top tier. Also I think there is no place for projectiles in a 3D fighting game like SC.

    Well I think it doesn't work very well in a game where characters can move in a three dimensional space because it's difficult to see where exactly the projectile is heading (unlike in a 2D). He would be fine if it wasn't for bubbles imo.

    The bubbles project a shadow on the floor. Thats a easy way to see exactly where they are.
