He's referring to the posts in the LizardMan SA where you posted "Get rid of Lizardman" 10 times in big letters. And looking over the SA a bit more, I see that you did it in another thread as well.

People come to the SA's to learn and get help with their character- we don't want them to have to go through pages of pointless negative posts so we're a little more strict in the SA's when it comes to that sort of thing.

Just be more careful next time.
