Very much, and some of the best writing and Voice acting I've seen in an Anime (I hate that like, 1/2 second pause between interactions that lets you know it's a cartoon, sucks you write out of it)
And no, pretty sure she doesn't show up again, it's kinda strange that she doesn't but yeah.
