I'm told Aizen (spelling?) gets resolved somewhere down the line, but it was to far for me to care. I don't watch too much TV, so don't really keep up. Also, even near the end of season 3, the fights took far too long. But that's more a fault of the genre rather than Bleach.

To sum up, yes. Ichigo masters the "Final Getsuga", and takes down Aizen, who is sealed up by Urahara and sentenced to 20,000 years in prison.
