I think its fairly easy to break turtle players with Cervantes. First of all you have incredible strong Throws, you have an invisible full tracking low with 1AB and then you have a very strong Soul Gauge Damage Game. With 1AB you catch Ivys evading moves like 214B and 3B. For Soul Gauge use a lot of 33B.
