I'm assuming the care home involves a lot of old people. I remember once at the ER some old guy shit himself and I said out loud, "man, that shit smells like shit" and some girl got touchy on the subject telling me that its not appropriate to say something smells that bad.

@Rocktopus trust me you and I would have a right laugh where I work...everyone...well almost everyone can take a joke and even the residents have a sense of humour and will joke with you.
