Not going to lie, but it feels good to be landing with Tira again. Nothing flash or fancy. Nothing practical or consistent. But I’m enjoying it, even with the headaches.
The 4B strings for both JS/GS really do confuse me. They are animated so well with clearly lots of thought in them, but they are so poorly designed in terms of tracking and use. Maybe they intended it to just be fun moves for the trailers and nothing else.

Great design, horrible balance. This character will get old real fast once everyone starts picking her up. She is complete beyond belief. Everything except robbery damage.
She sucks. They have data. They know. Question is if they care. Recent patch suggests no. If next patch in January still has no change, then you know they gave up on her completely.
I don't mind the headache mechanic. It's a nice design decision. I just don't like how much jolly sucks. Low damage, slow, no evasion, and almost nightmare level of unsafe.
It's their loss. I'm not buying this character so long as she sucks. Let's see what happens after the January patch. They already said they're nerfing some characters on that patch. But as of now, they're costing themselves money by making a character so blatantly bad DLC.
