I'm using the buffer; i couldn't possibly do it any faster. aPat can escape as well. I kiiiind of got it to work against Pyrrha if you delay it slightly, but it's really dodgy and is not working like kAb says (i don't think it catches right ukemi at all) and if you fuck up you eat a lot of damage.
You also get wall splats reset if they try to ukemi also. Good fun with Astaroth if they try to ukemi out of 22_88K during a wall combo. Not really a glitch though...
Is it just me or does A:6 not wall splat sometimes? Usually happens after CH 22_88A. Ive even done it right in the corner before and it still doesn't wall splat. Sucks that you could miss out on a guaranteed kill because the game randomly screws you over.
On a tangent here, but i hate how a tournament, stream and even the game itself is purely rated on how "hype" it is. If you think about that, know one could no what the fuck is going on, but if you have someone shouting down the mic at unexpected moments, then it's a great stream. That kinda...
I use a 360 pad on default controls and i do it by:
during recovery 236(B)
when move starts pull on both triggers.
No awkward way of holding the buttons or anything. Im sure PS3 pad has something like this. The right trigger is A+B+K macro and left trigger is B+G macro. Easy.
I find 3B...
Oh when i say edge i mean for wall. Sorry for confusion. The problem being is that sometimes it doesn't splat them because the GS K BE gets all fucked up.
Well it's not something about the BE move that makes it special, it's just because it contains all of the attack buttons.
You could do agA+G as well and you would get agA
Was doing some guard break testing for a few notable moves. Not aiming for a complete list myself; just my own testing i needed but i thought i'd share.
Move - Times needed to use before guard break
B+K : B : B : B : A - 5
236K - 5.0001
8A+B - 6
4A+B - 6.5
44K - 8
WR B+K - 8
22_88KK - 8
33B...
What are the ideal moves to guard crush with, assuming the next hit would guard crush? I forsee many guard breaks with very little capitalisation since i can never remember what stance is what in a panic.
I can get B+K : B : B : B pretty consistently, it's just the A that is giving me the most trouble, and thats where the damage comes from!
EDIT: Question, lets say we guard break with the ending A part, what is the best followup to capitalise on the GB?
