ARE YOU READY? Soulcalibur weeklies return to The Break! During the SC2 days, the Break was considered the stiffest competition in the country! Show up if you want to know why!

We are literally right in front of the Dunellen Train Station.

TIME: 8:00 PM EST (every Tuesday)
  • 8:00 PM - Soulcalibur II (Double Elimination) - $10
  • 8:00 PM - Injustice: Gods Among Us (Double Elimition) - $10
Signup and casuals for events start as early as 7:00 PM EST. Make it on time! These tournaments seem to be getting bigger as the weeks go by, so they take longer to run. As a result, we can't keep pushing them back further and further.​

RULES:
  • All games will follow the national EVO rules.
  • BYOC - BRING YOUR OWN CONTROLLERS.
  • Absolutely do not vandalize any of our equipment.
  • We reserve the right to search anyone suspicious.

8 on the Break is a family fun arcade location. Absolutely no alcohol will be permitted on the premises. If you are caught drinking, or drunk, you will be escorted out, without refund. As well, no smoking is permitted within the arcade. Be clean and courteous; clean up after yourself. The venue is provided to us in good faith of our attendees.​

Stream is provided by Jaxel of 8WayRun.Com. While the streams for the tournament take place in the evening, Jaxel tends to run video game streams before the event. Going to try my best to show. I'm a scrub and play on pad and don't have an adapter/anything just yet - how many stations for each console are there for tournament/casuals?

This is pretty great stuff, going to try and make the trip one of these weeks for sure.

I came out once before for SCII | MvC2, was an awesome time. It's been way too long!

Edit: Oh by the way, is this PS3 only? Sorry if I missed it, didn't see in the thread. Have both sticks, just want to avoid bringing two if I don't have to.

I like how there's no DE ... :( . Anyways since i have new schedule next week. I'm gonna make it up there for both games. Maybe I can drag along some DE peeps. I dunno but I am for sure coming next week
 
If Dunellen wasn't in the middle of nowhere and wasn't a 4 hour trip on a weekday, more people would show.

Put me in the bracket for SCV. I'll be there at 9:15 as I will be driving from work. Text me if anything changes.
 
I really do hope you all go back and listen to Noel Brown/Mr. Quotes commentary for this game, especially considering the stream is starting to pick up numbers.
