We are on a block room rate. So the more nights we get rented the cheaper it is on us. The more prizes and awards we can do for you. Be sure to mention that you are attending the 'UPPER'-Cut Championship video game tournament in order to get the room deal. Its $98/night.
DFW International Airport Shuttle
The Crowne Plaza Arlington Suites provides complimentary shuttle service to/from DFW International Airport from 6:00am-10:00pm daily. Guests requiring the shuttle can either call the hotel Front Desk at (817) 394-5000 for pick up instructions or text their gate and terminal information to
(817) 442-3154.
The main room has over 3500 square feet of space.

–Fees–
One time venue fee:
Regular Venue Fee $30 Until July 31st
Late Venue Fee $40 After July 31st
Spectator Pass $15
Main Tournaments $10 per game
Side Tournaments $5 per game
Cabinet Tournaments $5 per game
--Rules--
(Rules may change at anytime at Tournament Organizers Discretion)
-Bring your own controller for the console of game you are playing.
-Pausing during match you forfeit the round. (final decision is up to opponent and or TO)
-All matches up to grand finals is 2/3 Except UMVC3 and Injustice which is 3/5. TTT2 will be 3/5 rounds with 2/3 matches (game winnner/loser/grand finals will be 3/5)
-Winner cannot change characters during tournament Match.
-Any rude and OVER Salty behavior will be grounds for removal from hotel (TOs have final say) ANY Physical contact is prohibited.
-Treat Everyone with respect!!! They paid the same price as you to play
-If you are playing in a pool stay in pool area to facilitate efficient runs.
-If you are not at Pools for check in a start or when match is called in 5 minutes counts as a loss.
-Spectators are free BUT CANNOT PLAY ANY STATION! There will be Casual Badges on site for casual play at a lower rate.
First of all, wireless controllers are banned. This is a bring your own controller event. Please bring your own controller/stick/converter to aide in the speed of the tournament. If you need help finding converters or wired pads, check out the facebook page and ask in there.
