I really thought she was a boy, cuz recently I've seen some japanese movies and I thought some men can really look like women if he is beardless.

The first Raphael cosplay that was posted by sheppard is clearly a female! I saw her on DA as well and it's mentioned in her profile anyway. It's true that some men can look like female without beard, but isn't it just only on a Japanese side? XD

As for the second one posted by BlackRoseVale, I don't think that we need more male Raphael cosplayers after seeing this one seriously, which proof that it's still possible to find at least one. =) That's the first amazing real male Raphael that I ever saw. We could even say that it's the real one! Totally AWESOME pictures as well.

God, I think I never saw such a perfect Raphael as this one in my life...! O_o

I don't know the exact terms, but to me that looks like a higher exposure shot. Something about his/her pictures just aren't natural. I get the feeling it's either that, heavy post processing, or both.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this. This is a talent and a skill, but know that the camera and post-processing can be used to create something that cannot be found in real life.
