Necalli definitely has a very savage looking fighting style, yet his appearance and stance give off this whole 'classical' god look that Urien and Gill also show off.

He could be a candidate for Urien's/Gill's organization. I wonder if some of the new characters are attempts at re-creating the Four Kings from SF2.
