What does it mean when someone's character card does not appear and his character is the default CAS? I have all compatibility packs and no message appears.

They could be censored, muted, or it could be a connection issue. I've had the same thing pop up with friends that simply don't play public matches, they reset their modem and the issue vanished.

Hmm do they tell you if you were censored?
