Goku vs Superman

Given the nature of the matchup one would think Superman would have a lock here, but Goku has infinite grown potential, and death cannot stop him. He can also teleport and can obliterate a galaxy if he so chose. Superman has never demonstrated this destructive potential without having some kind of lameass Silver Age super cold.
