Jesus christ, what to do against rushdowns?

Ive literally been perfected 100 times in a row by the NPC now. He plays alpha-proto in the quick match thingy. I wont stop until I defeat him but it does not seem humanly possible.
Most of the time I cant get one move off before Im dead.
After like 30 losses I started checking the frame data...and it pretty much tells me theres nothing I can do.
This dude attacks me non-stop with moves that:
-Track to all ways and dimensions
-Break my guard after like 4-5 blocks (ridiculous)
    -have NO recovery time.
Its a constant rushdown. If I block 2 of his strings ill still eat a low or two or the 50/50 throw and right after that my guard breaks down.
If I try to attack I get CHed all the time because ALL of his moves have no recovery time. The fastest move I could do (I play Lizard) is AA, which is high. Pretty much all of his moves beat it out in speed, ignore it or go downright under it.
I cant sidestep him either because even his verticals seem to track.
There is literally not a single frame where there isnt an attack flying at me.
If he for some reason gets hit by me which is rare, the next attack Ill do will ALWAYS either be justguarded (!), sidestepped perfectly or blocked. He is unhittable with lows btw, he blocks them 100% of the time, even the fastest ones.
I also love how he gets like 50% of a KND without CE btw.

Long story short, how do I build up an offense against sth like that? Im still a horrible player and I dont wanna blame a matchup or anything, but Im really frustrated right now.

I don't know lizard man but surely he must have a poke like 2A or something that is relatively quick and will just stop a string.
Considering I haven't fought the NPC myself I'm going to make a very general assumption based upon what you have described and that assumption is...
    Your defense isn't good enough.
If you have truly fought the NPC 100 times you should have been paying attention to what sorts of moves alpha-pro can do. Duck the highs and the lows. If you're guard crushed then oh well. Unless you start GI'ing or simply avoiding getting hit, staying on the offense will be difficult against a perfect computer or any good player for that matter.
Learn what moves you can simply avoid or what strings you can avoid the final hits to so that you can couter accordingly. If a move ends in a low string you can hold G and tap up quickly, jump over it, or do a jumping attack to attack the move. If it ends high duck and go low. If it's a vertical side step it. If you get hit while side stepping try going the other way. Certain moves track to certain sides.

Unfortunately to put it bluntly, you're probably not good enough to beat that NPC yet. Get your general game down better, defense, pokes, transitioning from defense to offense from pokes, etc, and then try the NPC again.

Thx for the reply. Obviously im not good at the game as of yet. But I am fully aware of that. But Im a theorycrafter and so naturally I tried finding a solution to that rushdown. The problem is he uses moves that track and are mid, no way to step or doing anything else than block. Even if you block, hes still faster with whatever he does next.
With some research I found out its really not a matter of being bad or whatever, its just the CPU cheating.
He clearly reads my inputs. He starts blocking lows while I input them, before theyd be visible to a human.
He ends any offense I try to start by justguarding THE FIRST HIT, which also isnt humanly possible.
I use a vertical move, he sidesteps it "on reaction", I use a high, he ducks in "on reaction".
And yeah, he chains strings and moves together in a way that a normal player would never be able to, just frame after justframe, doing stuff that would input wise take at least 2-3 frames in 0 frames and so on.
I can now easily beat CPU like that by abusing some stuff he doesnt react well to, but thats just cheating basically.
If you play some of those CPUs like youd play a human player, you cant win.
Not even a single player Ive met online so far gave me comparable trouble to this CPU - which really says alot.

If you're just beginning, I would not recommend playing the CPU.

The CPU is supposed to act like a S-rank tournament player... if you don't have exceptionally strong basics and can't adapt quickly you won't learn much from the CPU.

    No, this is possible.

The buffer window is 20 frames at the end of a move, so it's possible to bust out frame-perfect timing by buffering. Perhaps not with iGDR, but I have tested it myself and it's very possible to buffer JF 2143a:B using a trick and good timing.

Spam low attacks mixed with high attacks. I also noticed that Xiba's 66K ~ B+K confuses the opponent. Basically free hits.

I know its possible with practice, but some things he does are really REALLY hard to do and the cpu gets it on- frame 100% of the time, which in a way is just really not gna happen as a human player.

I know. Its just that I didnt intend to play against players of that calibre right away. Im a tekken player, I dont have any experience in SC at all, so I was kinda hoping to practice the basics against the good ai. Well, I was wrong, lol.
Players online are actually far easier :D

What's the name of the Quick Battle AI anyway? Perhaps someone else might want to take Lizard (or whoever) for a spin againts him/her and report back. Plus, a victory won vicariously through someone else is better than no victory at all.

I can post the name of the ai when I get home. I managed to beat him by now, but not by regular means, i.e. I abused typical Ai weaknesses and the fact that he is input reading. Havent yet done it by playing like I usually do :/
