Last but not least, just two edits of my two mains. Yoshi from here on out will be blue(my favorite color). Leixia I just stereotyped an edit on red. Now to work on Fujo, Alfonso, Claudas, Disco Jim(his traditional outfit) Deming, Ouka(her miko oufit or something nice), and maybe a few others. After I'm all set to go on my originals, I can rest easy.

Man, I have a Yoshi that looks just like yours

Oldies with some edits. Yes I main these two characters majority of the time. The custom ones of Yoshi and Leixia will be used as some model posing with my new recent stuff. So think of this as a reminder post for vets who have seen these already and something not so new for new peeps.

The new stuff I kind of threw together is a new outfit of Fujo. Nothing special except I tried to copy kenyan women of masai tribe with my own spin.

After messing with miko stuff for a bit, I got stuck. I got tired of Hakamas, animu mikos who destroy ideas, more hakamas, frustration with the CAS items looking floating and bulky, more yet again hakamas, samurai stuff warrior stuff, and again more hakamas, almost losing myself, and finally hakamas.....

Just when I got tired utilizing Google seeing countless Hakama ladies after another, I looked at the Ainu prietess that is named Nakoruru and hope was restored.

Although it's not quite a miko, it's more of simple attire that displays a side I want Ouka Kimura to be. Despite her I'm young and I like to fight with the I hate marriages personality like Seong Mi-na, she's not fanservice for any guy. Finally I can breathe easier knowing that I discard that Mitsu genderbend fanservice outfit for something more modest and pure.



Design notes:

Obviously it's heavily inspired by Nakoruru.

Despite seeing some pics of Ouka with Mitsu's style, the style lacks grace. Sure she's all about bushido, but I wanted it to be more elegant. Alpha Patroklos makes me think of how quick and nimble Ouka could be.

Pants are patterned in pic 22. I just used three simple square stickers to make it simple white.

For the leather wrap, I stickered a red pocket sticker while putting a white square to make plain. Gloves has no patterns. Just colored and used the number zero stickers and colored them blue.

@Norik. Many thanks for making me get to know Nakoruru. I actually wish there was more modestly dressed ladies like her(save for Hilde).

Anyway quckly wanna point how much I love/hate Arnora - She's perfect I'm just bias against those horned helms, which Vikings never ever ever wore at all throughout any point in history. Just a personal irk though :P

Sunny though! It's weird seeing such bright, cheery colours on something so intimidating. It's a pretty remarkable job making her look frightening and serious in bright yellow!

Arnora: The female barbarian design is simple but effective. She's kinda too spiky in my opinion though. Almost like necromancer or skeleton lord, so I'd consider removing those horns on her waist. She's got a fur motif going on with the pants and the scarf, so you could use the SpecEq slots for raccoon tails instead.

Suzume: Each version gets better and better, but she's just about perfect now. You did an exceptionally good job expressing her personality through CaS. Character analysis at its finest. The number stickers to add details to the jacket and pants. The pocket and eye stickers and patterns add extra clothing layers. The animal makeup adds personality design. The yellow fits perfectly with the happy monkey-type character. I can see that you pulled out all the stops on this one. Your finest work yet.

Posh Jim: I'm glad you like the design. I hope he goes chasing some skirts at a masquerade sometime. You're just missing some negative signs, that's all. Phoenix sticker (vertical negative 15, size negative 31). Number one (size negative 42). I

Zen Jim: Lol. It's pure madness, but somehow it works. Just like one of those zen gurus who sit on pillows, smoke hookah, and eat grapes from golden platters on tables carved like elephants.

Murica Jim: Stars + stripes + wings = glorious. Starts as a trolling concept, but turned out just badass.

Original Jim: Very Disco. Very Jim.

Fujo: Very pretty colors and skillful balancing. Orange/blue color scheme with gold highlights over brown skin. Cool belt with the snake horns + bolt. The patchwork on the skirt looks great too. They break up the patterns while accentuating the asymmetry. The opera mask also accentuates the symmetry. The eye sticker is a subtle touch that adds some white to the knot to match the white on the skirt hem. Snake motif + bare feet look very natural on her. Technique and aesthetics are both excellent. Another great original.

Ouka: The blue/white color scheme is very cute and innocent, but the brown and orange accents adds just the right amount of edge. I can't say that much of the miko concept remains in her design (you'd have to keep the red/white color scheme), but perfect for a young girl turned warrior.

Overall: You're a late bloomer, but you can now stand proud next to the most seasoned of veterans. Your strengths are color balancing and cute action chicks. I'd say that you should challenge yourself to use up all three SpecEq slots for your CaS. You could use all three to make one completely new item or spread them out to add bling or detailing to the rest of your outfit. For female CaS, if you don't know what else to do, try adding some hair extensions. Keep up the good work, man. You're on a roll.

Ouka. I got tired of mikos and decided a lass like her just needed a modest outfit. The mitsu genderbend was cute and sexy, but I wanted to stray from sexy. Seeing Seong Mina and Asuka Kazama is tomboyish cuties I fancy, but they had sex appeal. Ouka is pretty much a favorite I wanted to make with a modest yet pure tomboyish village lady attire. More better to swoon than utilize sex appeal.


I'm really happy Fujo is where I want her to be. If sex appeal is needed, then what she wears is ok. I just didn't want to be blatant about it because I regret exposing so much skin out of derping it the last few times. At least she finally has an outfit I'm okay with. That red bolt is actually an apple.


Arnora I most definitely will try to fix her. She's almost where I want her.


Zen, posh, and murica Jim are outfits I won't need to fix. They're where I want them. Disco I'm not sure if I'm done with him. Something missing.


Sunny aka suzume is a more serious approach than what she was before. Once I finished her I knew that I couldn't go any further. Cutesy and spunky yet a lethal threat now. Unlike the part where she was a poor imitation of leixia, at least she's a poor imitation of son son.

Overall, I'm happy my stuff is actually going somewhere. Soon though, I may have to make other stuff. I won't do certain characters as they are fine/not inspiring enough/too lazy to keep up.
