I like F'thakn, Fiona, Nephtis and Kitsune a lot.
Something about Nephtis' legs bother me too, i think they looks a little to thin.
 
Originals are fine, but recreations...I know every single character there and I would never ever recognized him without reading the names. May be Kisame for the blue skin and cloud coat, but that's all.

Thanks, I'll try to adjust legs around a bit and see if I like it better like that.

Not really, some characters cant be recreated successfully that's all. In general all those which doesn't have a dinstictive costume (any anime schoolgirl for example) or those too "particular" to be recreated.

Well, Pantheon could be improved. Make him bigger and with more muscles, give him xiba style, then make a shield with the turtle shell.

Paint his face with black and his eyes to red. Scorpion leggins.
