Soulcalibur V at SoCal Regionals 2011

    Today, Alex Valle posted the official trailer for Southern California Regionals 2011, which is being held at the University of California, Irvine in Irvine, California on December 17-18, 2011, where Soulcalibur V will also be making an appearance at the event. If you are unable to make it to NEC XII, you now have another public event to go to to try the game out before its release.

    I would also like to thank FilthieRich and Namco Bandai for bringing Soulcalibur V out to another event. You can find the trailer after the break or by clicking on the icon from the front page.

    His teleport reminds me of SCIV Tiras Jolly B+K. When executed, you know she turns into gloomy and does 66bbb automatically? Well with Raphael it's the same thing but with 8A+B. Instead of fading out like he does in 4, he does the pose, idk if it's a high/mid that activates an attack, but I'll be sure to test it out some more tomorrow and take video of it. When I happened to discover it, my phone ran put of battery. :(

    I'm not back at the hotel yet! The event ended at 8:45. I'm grabbing some dinner and I'll be uploading them tonight! Sorry to keep y'all waiting! But I'll be sure to have them uploaded, hopefully, within the next hour or two!
    @Ka_Kui - lucky for all kilik players, there was a guy there who knew what he was doing with Xiba! I took a lot of footage of him!
    @ecervele - maybe 30 to 40 mins worth

    Yeah! Signia was testing him out as well, but I didn't get a chance to record him. I'll be sure to do some more recording and y'all stay tune tomorrow for the stream! :)

    Ok...due to the fact that I had to reduce the compression on the vids, I unfortunately couldn't upload them via same day. (sowwy! :( )
    However! I will be leaving my laptop on all day today (sunday) while all of the videos upload to my youtube channel @ http://www.youtube.com/user/TagYouArePregnant?feature=mhee
    You can go on ahead and subscribe so you can be notified when the videos will be up and available to watch! (and once you're done watching them you can unsubscribe.)
    Sorry again that I couldn't put them all up today...I wanted you guys to have the best quality available but the files were too big and it would of taken FOREVER to post them up, so I had to compromise. Hopefully the quality isn't too shitty for you and expect more footage from tomorrow! :)

    Ok, so I played the shit out of the demo.

    Highlights:
    Winner stays meant I got to play A LOT. I got to play so much Pat, Yoshi, Xiba, and Aeon (impressions are up in the respective SAs). I rocked everyone pretty bad with a few exceptions:

    Floe beat the shit out of my Cervy and Patroklos with BROKEfried. With just 3B setups. Still wasn't used to quickstep or not being able to interrupt SCH K so I don't blame Siegfried (too much).

    I wtf-pwned people with Siegfried until I got destroyed by Black Mamba's Pyrrha. Then I gave on Siegfried (:P)

    Some Maxi player whose name I didn't get (due to salt) beat me a couple times. Maxi is a really good character and new gimmicks on top of that kicked my ass.
