"Toki" CAS Challenge

So I stumbled upon some art of a SC character that was supposedly scrapped, and people were saying his name was "Toki." Forgive me if my information is wrong, all I know is he looked really awesome:

So my challenge is: Put your love, your anger, and all of your stickers into an attempt to recreate this bad boy. Here's my attempt, though I'm not all that pleased with it:

Even if his weapon wouldn't match, I feel like Algol wouldn't be a bad base to start with.

Even though they look much different, your character is still amazing on its own without being a copy of Toki. Besides, the latter is very hard to recreate anyways.

I'm so sorry to whom ever it was that pmed me asking for specifics on Toki...I deleated the email accidentally .. and I can't find the message here (even though I saw it yesterday.....) So here are some pics that might held.
