    Mitsu's 4B(Damage, guard damage, RO + w!, AMAZINGLY far and quick backstep)
    Yoshi's iMCF(Very quick, TC, safe, + on hit, CH stun)
    Omega's DNS B(Range, damage, pushback, delayable, TC)
    Natsu's A:6(Damage, very quick KND punisher, reliable stepkiller RO + w!)
    Cervy's 3B(Leads to insane damage, hits OTG, hard to punish)
    Cervy's 1A, B(Leads to insane damage on CH, reliable stepkiller, NH, low)
    DJ's 22_88B(Quick LNCer, allows options for damage, oki, RO, TC)

    1. Mitsurugi 4B (Godliest 3D fighting game move ever created.)
    2. Alpha Patroklos JF Twister (Huge damage setups, the ultimate punisher.)
    3. Cervantes iGDR (Huge damage setups with very little requirement.)
    4. Yoshimitsu iMCF (Amazing move that's pretty much required to truly master Yoshimitsu.)
    5. Omega Pyrrha DNS B (STABBY STAB.)
    6. Ivy Summon Suffering (Best grab that's not a CE or BE.)
    7. Cervantes 1AB (Excellent step killer, allows for iGDR/CE setup on counter.)
    8. Nightmare 1A (Can be delayed for mindgames, solid low with good range and leads into Grim Stride shenanigans.)
    9. Natsu Possession 8B+G (The only move you will ever see when fighting this stupid bitch, and for good reason - its damage is fucking retarded and EVERYTHING leads into it.)
    10. Viola Back Throw (So good it's banned.)

  4. I said non throws lol and Summon Suffering uses meter. Nm's 1A allows no mindgames at all. It can be a non-GB low which is highly punishable, it could be a GB low that screams JG me or GI me! The high can be ducked.
    Natsu has only 4 attacks leading into it and thats also a grab.

    If we're talking top ten meterless i'm suprised no one has mentioned Hildes CH A+B C2b loop. On all 8 hits it builds 100+ meter, lasts for twenty seconds and deals about 180 damage with a C3A on the end, or you can ukemi with a C4A unblockable or you're CE. It's execution difficulty is it's major drawback though.

    I agree with the other ones you mentioned, but Zwei´s WR B is i25 and unsafe iirc, mitsu´s 6B8 and aPat´s 66B are really good but not top 10, Natsu´s 22A is very evasive, safe and combo´s on CH but not top 10 and Ezio´s A+B TCs (I think), combos with CE and TJs but is -16, extremely easy to punish and is slow.

    I hate listing top 10's of stuff but whatever...

    Meterless:
    1. Mitsurugi 4B (best move in the game)
    2. Cervy iGDR (The damage!)
    3. aPat JFT (fastest meterless punish in the game)
    4. Natsu A:6 (This move is disgusting)
    5. 236236B:4 (Both Pyrrha and Omega)
    6. Dampierre B!E! (The kick series for best meterless damage in the game for the least effort)
    7. Yoshimitsu iMCF (fast, safe, TC move)
    8. Algol 623B (Shoryuken that GI's everything in the game that's not a CE or UB during it's active frames)
    9. Pat 66B (super safe move with absurd guard damage and slight tracking
    10. Aeon 66A (best anti-step move in the game... too bad it's in a mediocre character)

    BE:
    1. Algol iFC 8B BE (1 of these is needed only after a launcher to do AT LEAST 50%)
    2. Ezio 6B BE (70+ damage from a button press that clean hits [B rating], + on block and i15)
    3. Ezio BB BE (Best BB in the game: only with meter though, even hit-confirmable)
    4. Mitsu 2KB BE (Best low in the game)
    5. Algol 3B BE (Combo Video S-Tier)
    6. Astaroth 66K BE (Best Armored move in the game)
    7. Cervy iGDR BE-edition (a slower but +on block GDR)
    8. Algol 66B BE (all of his BE moves, sans 4A+B BE are really good)
    9. Mitsu 3B BE (safe move and good for baiting the opponent)

    ZWEIs WR B: SAFE, damaging, one of the best grab punishers in the game. Yes its i25 but its still awesome.
    Mitsus 6B8: -2, 32 damage, clean hit, i13, good. Very good attack.
    Natsus 22_88A: Quick, combo on CH, safe, stepkills, TCs, TS.
    aPats 66B: safe, decent range, good damage. Yeah, not an amazing choice. Swapped with Pyrrhas 22_88K.
    Ezios A+B: TC, TJ, combo on NH, catches step (?). It really really rewards you for a decent-good read. Just because of that TC AND TJ.

    -Alpha 33B (TC, TS, range, tracking, safety, combo starter into a damaging one, great whiff puinsher, good oki, good RO options from it)
    -Alpha JFT (i12 puinsher into like 70 damage plus oki, TC from frame one, range)
    -Cervy aB (i11 puinsher, range, shuts down movement)
    -Pat 66B (completely safe, strong whiff puinsher into 70 damage plus great oki postion, great backstep catcher, slight tracking)
    -Seigfried iagA (plus on block, powerful stepkiller, range, damage+knockdown, damage in wall combos)
    -Omega DNS B (unpunishable by a good number of the cast, TC,tracking, range, 90 damage, i15 punisher and good whiff puinsher)
    -Mistu 4B (tracking, great backstep, knockdown, damage)
    -Aeon 66A (safe to most of the cast, ultimate step killer, catches backstep)
    -Pyrrha 66A (safe to most of cast, ghost range, strong stepkill, mid, mix ups on hit)
    -Maxi 6A+B (i16 puinsher, TC, -9 on block only puinshed by alpha CE and Natsu 4A+Ba, Mid, full tracking to one side, knockdown on hit, can be brave edged for greater damage)

    Brave Edges (not in order)
    Viola 44A BE (delay, mid stepkill, leads into big combo plus oki)
    Mistu 2KB BE (unseeable low, catches step, oki, RO)
    Tira 236K BE ( unseeable l.ow, Safe on block , range, can switch to gloomy from it)
    Tira GS 666B BE (plus on block, tracking, crazy damage in combos, hits grounded like a truck, RO)
    Aeon 1B BE (plus on block, TC, mid, good damage plus untechable KND or crazy RO potenial behind)
    Astaroth 22B BE (great range, full tracking both sides, followed by air grab for crazy damage+oki)
    Cervy 4B BE (easy iGDR, range, combo follow ups for big damage, safe on block, mix ups on block)
    Asta 66K BE (TC, armor into very strong damage on hit, safe unless JG)
    Alpha 44B+K BE (i14 punisher, safe on block, leads to big damage)
    ZWEI B+K BE ( underrated imo, if your not to predictable with it, can do some hefty damage with it)
