Me n Crow were talking yesterday about getting a SC EXTRAVAGANZA going with tournaments for SC1-4, most likely later this summer after Evo. Stay tuned!
 
Anyone want to play SCIV? A friend of mine is trying to get a head count so he can decide on which game he'll have at his tournament.

Here is the link to the web site. If any of you guys would like to play vote and let me know. This first one is single elimination due to how long we'll have but the next one will be double elimination. If we get a small group than it will be double.
 
If there are ever any Soulcalibur tournaments in the near future, I would definitely like to attend. Soulcalibur IV is still my favorite game.

I'm in AA, but I get plenty of offline competition from my roommate and suite-mate. Why you so determined for offline competition? There are plenty of damn good players online.
 
Online even with five bars has lag. I play my roommate too but he really isn't that into the game. Plus my internet doesn't help either. You wanna play offline any time??? who do you/ your roomates play with?
 
Well I'm probably not much competition, I like SC4 but I'd hardly consider myself good at it. The only character I seem to be half decent with is Sophitia, but I also like using the Apprentice, Cassandra, Vader, and Nightmare. My roommate uses Mitsurugi and Sigfried but seems to prefer playing SC2 as Yunsong/Assassin. My suite-mate likes SC2 Talim and hasn't really played much SC4. If you're just looking for a fun time then I'd be up for some offline sometime, but if you're looking for some actual competition you won't find it here, haha.
 
NO NO not looking for competition just some good fun :) . I have never played SC2 but I would love to learn it if that was possible too. I play Mitsurugi, Yoshimitsu, Astaroth and Kilik and I dont really consider myself good with any of these lol. Plus I probably have bad habits from playing the CPU. But my best would be either my Mitsu or my Asta.
 
DAANGG Baits!!. I live a block from South quad. I lived in Bursley last year. Hey if i could play some rounds of cali with some new people I would not mind going to visit, but you guys are welcome to come over to play anytime you want.
 
Meh, it's not that far, although weekend bus service is annoying as fuck. I'll have to wait and see how busy things get, but hopefully I'll have a good chunk of free time the next couple weekends. If you wanted to give SC2 a try I'd suggest making the trek up here, because I'm not really wanting to bring a system with me. But yeah, this weekend or next would probably be best.
