Since Namco haven't announced the release date of SC2HD @TGS, I guess it probably will release at late Dec (after your tourney).
Actually, what is the setting for this tourney? 2 days or 1 day? PS2? CRT?

I'm just in total disgusts of this thread (the old one too) and what has come of the Soul Calibur Toronto Scene. Bicker this, bicker that. Do any of you fighting/ranting have nothing else to do in your lives? It has come to a point where half of you guys DO NOT EVEN KNOW what you are fighting about.

Seriously, stop this nonsense. You guys are GROWN ADULTS. The internet gives you voice but doesn't mean you act like a douche by trying to prove each other wrong. Nothing good comes out of proving each other wrong. Fine, I get it, you guys are all stubborn but get over yourselves and do other productive things. Everytime I come here, there's always something stupid that somebody is ranting about. A handful of you have embarrassed Toronto (and Canada in general) for this non-stop useless and stupid rants.

Vints: I understand you are a pretty spoken person but seriously, nobody cares about whatever it is you are trying to preach in BIG LETTERS. That makes me not want to read it even more. I get it, you want attention. You are the little kid who jumps in front of a parent or teacher asking to be noticed. I don't know why the need for it but seriously, stop it. Philosophies are nice and all but it feels like you are forcing (yelling) your beliefs on people. That's not how it works.

I can't stop you guys from not getting along but unless things change, I WILL NOT ADD SOUL CALIBUR in any Tournaments I do (Especially in Majors), and you will not be able to use A&C World to run any events. Soul Calibur Toronto will be remembered as this joke of a community that just fights for no reason. Get along you bastards. It's seriously not worth it to always have a chip on your shoulders for nonsense.

Jesus Christ just discovered the Oof drama. This is beautiful. Why was the trash bag video not on the front page? Mods need to do their jobs ffs. Oof leaving the community in the most pathetic way possible is nice to read and everyone should know about this. Trying to humiliate people with a trash bag and then this. Thanks Toronto.

I discovered Toronto thread not so long ago, but was up-to-date when that was happening.
I have been mesmerized by this thread ever since
 
Ppl tend to act smart on the forums and even though they do outsmart you there; what really matters is you beating them in a true offline game of Soul Calibur.

Are people in this scene planning to embrace/support SCIIHD? if that's the case, will spawn/heihachi/necrid be tournament legal? and for the 1,000,000th time...... anybody that wants to run an SC session at my place, let me know.
 
I think it is necessary to allow them all. Even if they are broken, let them ruin the game this times. SC2 had had the longest life cycle from this series. No regret.

I want to play spawn (I was big into it at the time), and I never got a chance to play SC2 competitively...... so i'm looking forward to it this time around. I say everybody should be legal unless they have an infinite or something that ridiculous. Would you be able to come by every once in a while to play if I hosted Wallace? I would love to play with some reliable people for once.
 
C_3, Since I have to take care the family and kid, I can't guarantee to come by every times. However, I will try to attend some of gatherings you guys arranged. I prefer a 3 to 4 people sessions. Anyone are interested?
I haven't tried a Xbox controller. Is it the same feeling of 360 controller on hands?

I supply when there is a demand. Let me know what days you are free and I will let you know. Wallace, I will gladly set up small sessions so we can play. I will call stryder also to see how he feels about it.
 
I dont mind allowing the new characters. Like Wallace says, the game has been out long enough. So let it rip. BeyBlade!!! LOL.
