Soul Calibur VI will be at SoCal Regionals as an official tournament title! The highly anticipated sequel from Bandai Namco will be available for casual and tournament play this September 14-16. Since the title is not released yet, we are offering 2 full days of casual play to prepare for the tournament on Sunday. We want to thank Mark Julio and Bandai Namco for supporting the fighting game community at SoCal Regionals 2018!

Registration for Soul Calibur VI is a new $10 buy in addition to the tournament. If you have already signed up for SCR before the announcement, you are not required to purchase the venue fee anymore, only the $10 buy in for the prize pool.

If you only want to play casuals and not interested in the Soul Calibur VI tournament, you can purchase a spectator pass onsite for $15 per day or a 3-day spectator pass for $40.

Registration:

Casuals:

Tournament & Finals:
September 16, 2018
Pools begin at 10AM

So by bringing a friend, they have to buy the spectator registration on-site at the venue right? Also for the competitors who are registering, are we getting our badge or whatever shipped by mail or is it gonna be pick up only at the venue?

Apologies for the slow reply.

Spectator passes are $10 on-site only.
On-site pickup for badges.

One more thing that I forgot to ask you a while back, is Friday the check-in day that I have to show up to pick up my badge or is it also fine if I come on Saturday for it? My initial plan is to attend the event for Saturday casual play and also Sunday for the tournament. Thanks in advance!

You can come any day to pick up your badge!

Also, unbeknownst to me, spectator badge prices have gone up from $10 to $15 (Most likely to absorb additional security costs). However, you can purchase a 3 day spectator pass for $40.
