These characters aren't related nor interact in anyway with each other in the 'story'... wtf
I think he's really saying "Patty kegs? THIS IS WAR!" meaning Patroklos brought an alcoholic beverage unfavorable to Mitsu.
You guys are completely missing the point. Patroklos is a teen... his name starts with "Pat". Mitsurugi is doing something called a PUN "play on words" and is calling him " Pattycakes". In America, Pattycake is a CHILDREN'S game...

What Mitsurugi is doing is calling Patroklos a CHILD. He then goes on to say "this is war", as to imply that children shouldn't be involved in war.
So essentially Mitsu is calling Pat a cupcake. YUM
"A cupcake (also British English: fairy cake; Australian English: patty cake or cup cake) is a small cake designed to serve one person, frequently baked in a small, thin paper or aluminum cup. As with larger cakes, frosting and other cake decorations, such as sprinkles, are common on cupcakes."

or

"A child's game in which two participants gently strike the palms of their hands together in rhythmic beat, often accompanied by a nursery rhyme."
Does patty cakes have any special meaning in english?
