That's this Sieg. He get's easier with better equipment, but he always does stupid damage. You pretty much have to perfect him but it's not to hard with how ridiculous the combos are in this game, particularly with supers and tagging...
He's not that hard... Wait until you get to the stages where you have to fight 10 and more opponents on one health bar, and they start using abilities where they practically teleport forwards, and they start using supers in-between your blocked strings...
