I'm a narcissistic asshole who has put enough thought and time into SC to seriously question how women are still attracted to me. Or... Him. I haven't decided if that sounds more appropriate in first or third person yet, so just pretend it's whichever one seems classier to you.

I've been playing SC for close to ten years now, starting with SC2. I've mained Nightmare the entire time, and that's not liable to change; if his shit-awful SC4 incarnation wasn't enough to drive me from the character, nothing is. I'm subbing Alpha Pat and Cervantes in SCV, having dabbled in Setsuka and Cervantes on and off since SC3. I continued to play Sieg on the side after Nightmare was split in SC3, so he's still in the running as well, but I see him as more of a pocket character than a sub.

Since damn near everyone who has played my Sieg has asked me why I don't formally sub him (probably because he's easily my best character after Nightmare), it's simple: SC5 Sieg isn't a very practical sub. He has most of the same problem matchups Nightmare does, which makes him more or less useless as a sub for Nightmare. I still play him for a handful of matchups where he's favored over Nightmare, since I'm better with him than any of my other side characters, which makes him more practical in those few matchups. Apart from that, I try to stick to Nightmare/Alpha Pat as much as possible. There, you now know why I don't consider him a sub, and you don't need to waste time asking me to explain this.
