3) There is no one who wants to run the Raph forum so i'm volunteering for the time being. As to the governing part, the weight of your posts will rely solely upon the validity of them. If i'm bullshitting then it doens't matter if i'm a new member of a senior mod.

2) A senior mod, per our site rules is "disciplinarians of the forums. Anyone causing trouble will have to answer to them. Super Moderators have access to the entirety of the forums and are able to give any user an infraction if required"
