you're right... you are just a douche. Step the fuck forward to punish her . After SC for example if you expect her to do A+G2 and you move forward she whiffs and you get a combo.
The move is good as fuck and its not easy to avoid, it was an example of what people can do. Characters who were...
Watching the videos and seeing that when people step forward they evade it, "bruh"
Well I do agree with removing the unblockable out of SS, so if they do that... then yeah, fantastic indeed
I seriously dont get the problem... I feel like people want to feel safe and sound when distant from Ivy. She's SUPPOSED to make you feel uneasy when afar... thats her whole frigging concept!
If you are scared of the 50/50 dont go away full screen... you have to be on her face, otherwise she's...
From the video it seems like the further you are from Ivy, the more at risk you are
- Longer range: 66[A] will LH if you ss and 3A+G will grab you if you stand. Death wish, dont be this guy
- Mid range: ok options, 66[A] whiffs the 2nd hit on block. 3_2B+K is stepable and leaves you wide...
If you could break ivy's low throw, then you have to give her another option like Sieg and NM (for those two you have to guess if they are throwing you to the front or back), otherwise the move is useless...
And like it was posted above, Sieg and NM low grabs have plenty of advantages, even...
There already is something that de-emphasizes 66[A] - if you do it closer you are wide open to get whiff punished... that move should only be used against characters trying to get away... and no one escapes Ivy, finally the range she deserves... she was in need of these new moves... SC V range...
First of all congrats to Link! You are the best!
Second, Ivy is not OP, she's just extremely good at mid and long range now as she should have ALWAYS been and mediocre at close range
I would be extremely disappointed if they nerf her moves, like it was said I would rather they buff other...
Sorry, not very familiar with Nightmare, but I noticed he is always glowing red without spending meter... can he transition into SC anytime he wants without spending the meter?
Probably something explained a long time ago, but I couldnt really understand... could anyone help?
What about B+K?
It seems like she backs up and crouches to do the attack... maybe it evades short range fast attacks and crushes highs
Anyone tested this move?
