If they had at least upped the character and stage models to current gen ones, instead of just blowing up the texture size, I'd probably still buy it. But no.. downloaded the demo and ugh. running the PS2 copy on an old backwards compatable PS3 looks almost the same and without a lobby, online...

Personally, instead of guest characters, I wish they'd do what they did with Soul Calibur III and add Namco themed CAS parts. I know they also had guest characters, but I got much more use out of the Kos Mos outfit and such. Just think, a couple of forgettable guest characters they'd have to...

This will be an FPS, an action RPG, card game, dance game.. it'll be anything except a fixed, complete Soul Calibur V or VI which is all I want from them at this point.

Its meaningless because thats pretty much all my group does with SC games. We make characters and play each other with them. When I want to make pretty pictures and not functional characters, I use Daz Studio, not Soul Calibur.

"Free game". That's a joke right? I gurantee that when you total up the microtransactions, this will cost far more than SCV did new. If they release a full, paid version of it, with multiplayer, I'd buy it day one. But the thing I like most about Soul Calibur, the CAS, is meaningless in single...

They had to bring back Sophitia in this piece of crap but will we see her added to SCV? Not a chance. I wonder why I even support Namco anymore these days.

Unfortunately as of right now, this game is slated to be Japan only.

I love the depth of CAS. It definately has a lot more options than IV had and has let me fill many USB save files with ideas, only two out of nine of which are "conversions". Graphically it stomps every other fighter, to the point where when I played a borrowed Tekken Tag 2 it was downright...

I vote for crushed. When it comes to Namco its better to assume they hate our guts and be pleasently surprised when they show otherwise.

Pat and Pyrrha, since they took Cassandra and Sophitia away. Oprah is more like Sophitia but she also poses like a nutjob so I don't use her style too often.
