It just takesoakot of practice to build up ur muscle memory. I posted up in sieg arena under aga how I do this move and I'm easily 90% with iaga. Practice it practice some more and keep practicing then eventually you get the timing down.

Some of above tech traps require strict timing but most are fairly easy. Throw catches tech on about 90% of his moves. Edit: iaga/aga qsf throw catch all. Back tech require further dash forward but works. 3aa run forward throw f/l/r tech
