idk what method was used to test the frame data in this, but some is completely wrong. b4 is at least -14, 2A AA and BB are all at least -7, 2BB is -2 (2A clashes with sophi BB after 2BB is blocked), single A is -4 (2A trades with sophi 6K after A is blocked), etc.
FC 3K, 6K combos on NH (6K whiffs on tip range hit though)
btw, FC 3K feels like it has really good recovery on block as well, I think it's somewhere around -2 or -3.

66A is safe even on close range block (Or at least not punishable by most characters AA and 2As). Also puts you in FC for a FC 1KK mixup with your mid of choice.
Raph is strong as hell in this game compared to 4 and 5 lmao. Actual whiff punishment and launchers, a fast plus on hit low that isn't stab punishable, tons of tools that work well with the new mechanics, etc.

I've been asking this about NM and sieg's low grabs for years. Additionally, those aren't safe on block, do less damage than ivy's low grab, and have no range.
Honestly I don't even care if it keeps lethal hit or not, but something needs to be done to de-emphasize 66[A] and her low grab from her game because they're so oppressive, and obviously what you want to be aiming for anytime they're not right next to you (In which case you use SS, soul charge...
Even if the character isn't OP, they're ugly as shit to watch and I can only imagine how unfun they are to play against. At the very least 66[A] shouldn't have lethal hit, and her ground throw shouldn't track as much and should have RO range reduced.
It kind of does IIRC, but not as well as normal Pyrrha's. It also doesn't track rolls as well as Pyrrha's does.
If you read a 2A or other common horizontal (66A, 3A, etc), you get a free 110 damage or something insane like that. Having the ability to "punish" a super safe poke for nearly half...
Characters like Zwei, Viola, and Algol are a dozen times more interesting than just some dude with a sword or another greek. Viola is poorly designed, but that could absolutely be fixed in a future title (Same with Zwei being trash), like how they fixed Algol going from 4 to 5 to make him more...

236K BE isn't unseeable, it's i23 with a huge flash of light everytime you do it. It's also extremely linear. I mean yeah it's safe, but it also means your only reliable way of getting into gloomy besides taunt and CE is a move that takes meter, is linear, and leaves you at -11...
