There is a LOT of super strong stuff in this game, none of which Raph really has, but he has a lot of GOOD stuff. Step is SUPER good so Raph's lack of strong horizontal (especially strong Hori mid...not from prep) is far and away his biggest weakness, but good range, space control, great 2K...
