Noob Q: How do you jf 236b for the 2nd hit? I see the cmd as 236a+b but is there some trick to it?

I love her and the Captain America spice is awesome. I haven't played since SC4 because Cass hasn't been in it, so this is great! Is 1A safe on block now that it doesn't knockdown? That would be an upgrade imo.
