I was a General Studies graduate, but I returned to college to go to business school. I think I made a really good decision to go back (but to a different college).
I've been a true Soul Calibur fan since Summer 2004 when my older sister bought Soul Calibur II for the Gamecube. I didn't care about it at first, but the gameplay and the characters were very interesting. So, I became an SC fan.
Soon, I realized I really liked Sophitia, Seung Mina, and Maxi.
In Winter 2004-2005, while on vacation in Mexico, where my family's from, I was introduced to Soul Edge/Blade, the arcade edition. I played as Mitsurugi, but I only made it to the 3rd battle, which was against Seung Mina. I'll never forget that fight. I told my sister later, "I was beaten by that Korean chick!"
To this day, Sophitia's my all-time favorite character. I tend to use her as a main character in most of the fanfictions I like to write in my spare time. Plus, for some reason, I associate her with an upbeat attitude. I even made her often quote a random snowboarder/skier on SSX On Tour. "Where you from, baby? That's what I'm talkin' about. REPRESENT! Yeah!"
After more than 10 years, Sophitia's still my main, but I'm also really good as Pyrrha. The two kick butt!
Now, I just gotta improve my fan fic writing skills and creativity. It's got a lot of video game crossovers, I'll tell ya that.
